Oil jet removal?

What would be the best way to get the eccentric shaft oil jets out? ive tried the biggest screwdriver in the world but they just won\'t budge! think they may have been nutlocked in..

my snap on screwdrivers hav a bit where you can turn them with a spaner,
work\'d 4 me,
mayb an impact screwdriver

tried all that and they still wont shift! dont want to keep going at them incase the slot starts to go. ;-(
