Replacing the throttle cable?

Hi guys,

Do any of you have any information, or know where to find any, about replacing the throttle cable on an FD. Unfortunately mine has seized up.

Also, do you know where I can buy a throttle cable, as I don\'t have a Mazda dealership near me?
