passenger side interior handle

Basically a mate of mine (idiot) pulled a bit too hard on the handle to try and shut the door, and the handle came off :mad:  , its back in its groove but if anyone uses the handle to shut the door it will pop back out any suggestions on how to secure this or do I have to buy a whole door card?

Take the door card off, and fibre glass the handle back in place. Remember to use LOTS AND LOTS of the stuff.

When mine broke l managed to sneek a large oversize washer up in the handle to rescrew it , been fine since

Oh ok then.  

2 methods -
1)remove the door panel, and from the back get fine glassfibre/polyfibre ribbon, shred it, soak it in resin and let it harden.  It\'ll be stronger than the original and it works a treat.

2)Seal the bottom of the door, and pour concrete down the crack between the window and the door.  Obviously it\'ll make the door a little heavier, and the window won\'t go down, but it\'ll make sure the passengers don\'t overdo the handle pulling...
