Hello, everyone, I just got a problem, my car is FD 99spec, which is got
de cat, back box, apexi intake, XSpower intercoole,Power FC with commander and Greddy  perfect B boost controller spec II.

The car is mapped by WGT on 0.9 bar, when I fitted smic intercooler last week ,the car is no boost at all, then I checked and reconnect pipe after that the car is running on 0.5 bar, I try to used boost controller, so anyone used perfect B? if I used gain 30% is it means 0.9 bar? and I want know what\'s set gain mean?
Moreover, I want knwo will large intercooler effect or mess PFC?

anyone could give me some suggestion how can I solve this problem?
Thanks

try plugging your boost gauge to the turbo side of the intercooler not the inlet manifold side,  depending on what intercooler you have you may have a pressure loss.  If you put you gauge the turbo side and it gives a higher reading you know thats whats wrong.

Be careful playing with the boost controller if it has been mapped as you change the boost curve and it will change the required mapping.  If you have just fitted the i/c after mappping it is worth taking it back for a check up on the rollers.
400 BHP - 650 KG\'s = 616 BHP Per Ton of Rotary Power

That\'s the way to do it! :Thumbsup!
