Hi,

Does anyone on here have a Blitz FMIC installed ? Can find pictures and specs online fairly easily, but on searching, I\'ve not found anyone who mentions installing one, and whether they are any good.

Racelogic (Blitz distributor for the UK) say they cannot provide me instructions prior to supplying the unit. I want to know how much bodywork needs to be hacked, and whether you can retain aircon, etc.

Cheers, Craig

Most after market intercoolers require a certain amount of body work alterations, you will certainly need to remove the nose, weather you can fit the IC without cutting away the structural bumper is another matter, from my experience you will, not much but some will have to be cut, you can retain the A/C rad without to many probs [bit of a re-plumb] and it will require re-location of the rad, battery, induction kit and other sundries, it is a good DIY project that can be done by us non mechanics :) or if you have deep pockets get your local rotary specialist to sort it.

I have a Blitz FMIC, but it was fitted before I had the car which has a Feed Front end, so as to how much hacking is involved....I\'ve no idea :chat

I also have an Apexi Radiator....so even less halp to you !!

Can do you some pics tommorrow if you like ??
