How can I check my oil coolers?

Hi guys

Is there any quick way I can check that the oil coolers on my FD are ok (i.e. no oil feed problems)?  Would they both be warm after a run?  Reason is I\'m having a few issues with water temps, not massive problems, but elevated.  I do have a FMIC and I know this is not helping matters, nevertheless i would like to check them out if poss.

Any ideas are much appreciated.
