Maximum safe boost for a TII

Whats the maximum boost that would be safe to run?  

The spec is :-

1991 TII
3000miles on the engine
FCD
3" Turbo back exhaust system
high flow filter

was running 0.8 bar then my engine went.

.8 should be ok - just make sure its not running lean ( i dont have that as mine runs as rich as hell all the time ??? )
