how much would this be worth

ok guys just wanted to know how much you would normally be looking at for an fd.spec goes.

93-94 L reg.
JDM type R.
45,000 miles.
black.
mazdaspeed wheels.
full ss exhaust system.
hks intake and intercooler hard pipes.
not compression tested but pressure gauge readings are good.
starts nicely.
runs very smooth.
engine bay is very clean with what look like new belts.

just wondering what you guys think the value of this would be.

If theres no proof of an engine rebuild £4k - £5/6k depending on how clean the car actually is £7k+ if proof of engine rebuild
