DTM\'s flip up at the back so guessing a lot of fumes will be coating the back of your motor if you fit it.

g11ary

was it advertised for a rx7 as rotories run hot and exhaust wont last if its not steel filled, it looks to short and wrong shape to have come from a 3rd gen.

g11ary

looks like it might have been fitted with a mid cat, might explan why so short, also if its s/steel would it be rusting like that??

I spoke to the bloke i bought it off last night, he said its straight of an RX, and its definately stainless. :)

Gary,

i reckon its just the photo.

Why do you think its the wrong shape/length??? (pics attached are FD3S catbacks from yahoo japan)

My stainless Kakimoto has discolouration and surface rust, but a bit of scotchbright cleared that up.

You already have a decent exhaust, why are you changing for this?

Keep the kakimoto unless there is somethign really wrong with it.

im not changing it the Kakimoto is great, i bought the exhaust cos it cost me £13, then i was gunna see if anyone needed one on here, if not, ive got a spare.

i reckon £13 was a bargain :)
