Will these fit my RX8?

Had an offer of a set of wheels that are 235/45/17 and 255/40/17. They have a a 35 and a 38 offset

The specs for the RX8 studs are
5 x 114.3
225/45/R18
Offset +40

Any1 know if getting those wheels would be ok to fit onto my RX8?
Majority rule don\'t work in mental institutions.
