Chassis!!!

Hi

I have had a little accident in my rex and smashed the sill on the drivers side just wondering if its likely there will be any chassis damage inside the door is fine (no ripples or anythin) and the door shuts fine its just the gap under the door is slightly tighter than the rest of the shut line.

Just wondered hopefully sideskirts will cover this up but will this get pulled up in the SVA.
