Just fitted this BOV i bought off ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1,1&item=7979200346&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT
But i can only hear it with the bonnet open & even then its not very loud. Does anyone know if these are adjustable or are they just not very loud?
Im pretty dissapointed with it really, i might as well keep the stock one on there!

perhaps maybe try taking the spring out-and replacing it with a better or perhaps newer one!! do u have an induction running as well?

So much BHP........and no where to gallop!!!!!

venomturbine

this type is always more quiet

but a good choise

NixRX7

Thats the same as mine, and mines quite loud, i have a straight thru exhaust on my RX and i can hear mine venting above the noise of that, tho its more of a WHHHHHOOOOOSHHHHHHHHH sound than the normal PHSTTTTTTTTTTTTTT one (if that makes sense)

rx7veilside

the hks is more of a whistle and without a induction kit wont be very loud..they are adjustable but are a bit fiddly.not one of my favorite ones.i have a bailey and that is nice and loud

Cheers guys, i think ill sell it on and get a bailey one then, i only bought it for the noise!! i havent got an induction kit but ive got a decat & back box so i need a loud bov to hear it over the exhaust.
