Quick Question - Is this normal Accel

Hey guys i\'ve been having some problems with my trubo\'s lately they refuse to spool up to the full ammount, both turbo\'s are kicking in but not going over 0.6 kg/cm2 then 2nd one seems to drop boost down to 4.5 so im thinking i may have a leak on the rats nest or a check valve dodgy!

but im curious as to the sound when on light accel. after fitting my HKS filters i hear its dumping air constnatly on half throttle. is that right?

Sounds like a general boost leak, check all the normal pipes for even a small split.  If you have the stock dump valve and have it dumping to atmosphere then on partial throttle you will hear it constantly dumpingm air out, so a boost leak must do the same?
