Oil feed + return lines

Hey, can anyone point me in the right direction as to where to buy these lines, or at least the fittings/gaskets on the engine and turbo, i can get the hose from thinkauto.com

FYI its a TO4S im trying to fit...

Ebay have a selection of fittings/lines but im not 100% sure what size I would need...
