I was told a while ago that the closer you can get the dump valve to the throttle body the better!!! is this true on the RX???

I am just about to order some samco hoses to fit my HKS IC hard pipes and was just thinking about getting a samco T piece to fit just before the inlet elbow after IC and fitting a dump valve there what do you guys think??:D

As close to the Throttle body as possible is what i was told as well..

Makes sense really.

So if i was to fit a T hose just after the outlet from the IC for a dump valve what should i do with the standard valve and it\'s pipe work?
