Hi

I\'m hoping some of the taller drivers can help me get into a FD.
I\'ve just sold my tuned Audi s2, the only car that can tempt me from staying German is the a Fd problem is the leg room .. there is none lol I\'m 6ft4 lol. Is the a seat rail mod or another seat that can be used and has anyone does this before ??

Thanks

Andy

The thing that shocks me the most is Jonus is still running standard suspension shocks and bushes (not even coilovers).. Think he\'s uprating them for this year but only to poly bushes and KW coilovers.
The drive train is stock too

Quote from: clive;512748Hi Andy and welcome,

If you dont want to carry out any mods the U/K car had seat rails that slid further back also a lot of our taller members find a smaller steering wheel helps with room .

Thanks Clive & thanks for the info..

Does anyone with the UK spec seat rails mind me checking them for size?
Anyone in or near hertfordshire?

Hi there..:WaveBye

As the title suggests I\'m a newbie, actually I don\'t even own a RX7
But hopefully you guys can help me to sort the second issue out.
I\'ve always wanted a FD and now I\'m ready to put my money where mouth is, the main issue I\'m 6ft 2 and all the cars I\'ve sat in have been imports, so my knees are touching the steering wheel making steering a bit difficult. I\'ve spoken to a few people and they reckon that if I find the seat runners for a UK spec car it would give me the extra inches as they go further back so my legs wouldn\'t hit the steering wheel. Has anyone else done this or can anyone confirm it would work ? :wiggle
