Welcome along, I was a scooby man myself, had 2. A 95 WRX V-Ltd, and a 97 STI Type R 2 Door. But got bitten badly by the rotary bug, and i have to tell you honestly, if someone offered me 2 scoobies I wouldnt give my rex for them!!

My bro is a fully qualified mechanic, and i dragged him into the rotary world also, so much so that we own 4 rotaries between us, and have started rebuilding and servicing them also:Hammer Just finished building an 8 and have built several 7\'s also.

Did you let the car learn the map, leave it running without anything switched on, then turn on heaters, then turn on rear window heater etc etc, allows the ecu to learn, think theres a full description in the handbook with the pfc?

Gunk on the dipstick is normal on a rotary, no need to panic normally!!

I was already drooling over it man:D

But i just bought a single tubby FD so funds wouldnt allow, but it is an amazing car and you should be very proud of your work!!

Ive had the same problem, traced it back to the F100 box also.

shaunwil is right also, check the on/off switch before you spend any money/time:chat

Also its a bit of a bugger to get to if you are in anyway big boned.....as i found out:Laugh
