Hi Ben,
First off sorry to hear you\'re having to sell up and it\'s a real shame you couldn\'t sell the car as a track car after all the hard work you\'d put into it, if I wasn\'t still trying to sort out getting mine back on the road after my off at brands(and if I\'d seen the other thread sooner) I might well have looked at buying it off you as it was.
Anyway back to the thread first off if Ian doesn\'t take the tyres off you then I\'ll have them off you complete with the wheels but don\'t really want just the wheels only want then if they come as a package or just the tyres, also if bazza doesn\'t take the rear strut bar I\'ll have that.
Now for a couple of bits I hope you do still have first off I\'m after the front indicator bulb holder and both parts of the plugs see pics below if possible with a bit of cable attached I don\'t need the lens also if you have some of the plastic clips that hold the wheel arch liner in place enough of these for one side would be great.  I\'ll also have the bonnet spacers off you as well.

P.S. Depending how well you get on selling bits here it might be worth re-joining the RX8OC as you\'ll have a bigger market there for the bits.

It\'s all being sort but won\'t be back in time for the RX8 Annual meet/AGM and might be a black and grey car for a while.

Really shame I can\'t make the Spring Rotar Show even if it hadn\'t been in my RX8 it would have still been great to be there.

Unfortunately I won\'t be there this year because it\'s on the same weekend as the RX8OC Annual Meet & AGM.  I\'m guessing I won\'t be the only RX8OC member missing and it\'s a real shame as I think I\'ve been to the last 5 and they\'re always great.

I think its tyre smoke from a lock up (at least I hope thats what it is!)

Yep think it\'s tyre smoke as I did spot you locking it up a couple of times coming into gate 10 and braking hard for 11,12,13.

Awesome pictures - including one of me in the Sprint Queue... Does anybody have any of the spring \'Action\' - especially my epic over-cooking it spin after gate 2?? :-)

I think both Malcolm and Ian were talking some pics of the sprint circuit so hopefully they\'ll post some up soon.  There are some pics here of day including this one of me and Aston on the strip.

You\'ll need to log into a Facebook account to view them, I couldn\'t view them to start with but all was good once i\'d logged into my Facebook account.

Yep the strip isn\'t where the 8s at it\'s best but it\'s still fun, anything in the low 15s in very good and if you can get in the 14s with out FI or major porting then that\'s a great time.

:Thumbs-up Well done to Shaun for coming third in the GOTP comp, told you it\'d be worth doing a run up the strip and well done to Ade for the quickest time rotary around the sprint circuit. Do we have all the scores and times from santa pod for the GOTP comp as i\'d be interested to see just how I did and i\'m sure i\'m not the only one.
Oh and well done to all the show winners and it looks as if your cars are still winning Clive even if you don\'t own them anymore :Laugh.

Just adding my thanks to Clive, Lisa and everyone else who was involved in running the day.
I spent most of my time either on the sprint circuit or on the drag strip. I managed a 43.5 on the sprit circuit which I was really happy with couldn\'t get near to Ade\'s time :Thumbs-up I reckon it\'s because his FC hshort wheeler wheel base at least that\'s the story i\'m sticking to :evillaugh . I was pleased with my times up the strip as I got a 15.2423 which is the quickest I\'ve managed in my 8 .
Oh and it was great to see so many rotaries in one place.
Oh and i\'m looking a litter like a lobster today .
