I\'m not sure how many people on here know about WIM but they have just opened their new centre in Chesham, Bucks. They specialise in geometry and chassis alignment, not just a joe public tracking.
I\'ve used them for the setup on my sccoby, and can\'t think of anything bad to say. If you want your car to oversteer more, be negative, more positive, etc, he can do it.

The owner (Tony) is organising a club meet day, which is open for all car club and the public. We are expecting hundreds of cars, including those from the MX5 OC, Lexus OC, MEG plus others, depending on how many forums i put this in!

It is on Sunday 25th May so the whole (most of) industrial estate will be available to park in. Time will be from 10am to 4pm.

Food and drink provided. Raffles with prizes such as ipods and sat navs (TBC).

For more information on WIM visit the website and forum here - http://www.wheels-inmotion.co.uk/forum/

The thread to the new centre can be found here - http://www.wheels-inmotion.co.uk/forum/index.php?showtopic=2698&hl= and the one for the open day is here - http://www.wheels-inmotion.co.uk/forum/index.php?showtopic=2904&hl=

Yeah, looked and sounded good.

Don\'t fancy driving it through WE when they forget to grit, even i went sideways this morning, and i\'m in a scooby at the moment.

Its a shame i\'m 6 months the wrong side of 25, and no-one likes young drivers, fast cars, and imported, modified fast cars.
Silly really as i\'ve driven fast cars all my life!!

Hey ho, roll on 6 months!

On the M25 last night.

Looks very nice, nice deep dish wheels, etc, \'pottering\' in the slow lane near the A10 Jct.

lol, or be in a better position to spend it.
The things i\'ve worked out:-
If you buy a new import for £6k, it\'ll need a re-build.
If you buy an existing one for £5-6k, which hasn\'t had a re-build, it\'ll need one.
So i want a good body, with a few small mods, but needs a rebuild for sure, for about £3k, that means i can spend £1k-1600, on learning how they work and rebuild it myself, as long as the housings are okay, and it just needs seals and gaskets.

Yup, i\'m trying the otherway around, learning then doing!

Thats the exact scenario i want to buy for circa £3k, but i\'m still not in a position to get one, as my current car is still on the market. Looks great nick bodywork wise, and its the spec i want.

Good luck
