Thanks for all your replies, I guess its pretty much as i expected!

I\'ve just sold my fd and have been offered an fc turbo for a very good price, has anyone else made the same change? and how do you find the change in running costs etc?
Although fd\'s aren\'t exactly unreliable, are the fc\'s stronger less \'fragile\' cars?

surely if whaleside truly did build that car then they wouldn\'t have used an re-amemiya rear light cover, and rear diffuser. that would be advertising for a competitor...even if it was a true show car, its still ugly imho.

He paid for the car to be rebuilt by a different tuner, Iirc he did not want the original builder anywhere near his car again.

Ok this has been bugging me for ages. My Glovebox has the annoying habit of falling open and also rattles when I manage to get it closed.

Does anyone know how it can be adjusted/ beaten into submission?

Get some body colour vinyl to cover the holes. Jono FD3 does them.

Mine is kept in a block of council garages, not sure if this is what you mean? and when I first got mine I was very concerned it would not fit! it does but I have to reverse it in as close to the wall on the passanger side as possible, and I use a piece of thick card on the drivers side wall to stop the door being damaged when i squeeze out.

I got this same problem, mine is hard to shut and rattles as well its really annoying.

I think I remember reading somewhere that the guy who runs it is not tradeing anymore. Of course I could be wrong.

Rebuild it yourself!  take a look at the diy-re videos, and I would be suprised if they did not inspire confidence!

I\'ve used Jason @ super7autos at his previous premises near smalldole. He is with out a doubt one of the best and most friendly tuners I have used. Hes local too..

Got my car back from Jason at super7autos on thursday after having my never ending boost issues finally sorted! He got it done fast and I have been very impressed with his worksmanship and customer service.
I have never experienced my car pulling as hard as it does now!  I highly recommend him, and his tea :Thumbs-up
