Checked the tags and it's a Type R

doubt it's 100% standard as some parts have HKS on them

Thanks Clive - just getting used to it at the moment

1997 JDM FD3S think it's the base model

Still running twins and done just over 77,000km compression in the low 8s

lots of cosmetic issues to fix but happy overall

I have a fairly long history with Mazdas as you can see from my sig!

can't promise I will be around that much but thought I would update a few people on my Rotary journey!

Hoping to be there on Sunday, not sure how early to get there as I know they are sometimes funny about opening the gates before 10am. My MRC mebership has lapsed - dont have the time to be on here much - but we are Brooklands Trust members anyway.

Lets hope we have enough cars to make sure this stays on the calendar

RX-8's / Borla Cat Back

Cheers guys, yes I did know about the million mile warranty and I\'m looking into that.

I did get it originally from US Automotive but the lead in time for a replacement is too long (I\'m taking the car to the \'Ring next week), so I\'ve gone with a cheaper alternative for now - Cobra Sport

Anyone know of a UK based retailer that still does these?

Mine was fitted back in 2005 and the silencer has collapsed so looking to replace with another Borla
