3rd generation RX-7's / Will this fit?

shouldnt be an issue, you might need a little arch roll if your suspension is particularly low but aside from that they should fit fine.

dwarfslapper, I don\'t need the front lights but thanks, and i\'ve sourced some rears too but cheers for the offer!

Got myself a stock front bumper from Leeroy today, picking up a rear bumper in Jan, the stockpiling is beginning... :)

Dave, Just checked my snazzy new phone but all i can find is email addresses for you, got an airbus and a yahoo one, either of those still work?
Or my mobile number will be the same if you still have it...

Hi Dave, long time no see, how\'s Bristol?
I am after a couple of bits as it goes, rear lights, front pre-99 bumper lights, drivers door interior plastic window trim pieces, the wing mirror end one and the door handle cover one, i\'ll probably have a much longer list once i\'ve really got to know the car...

Nice looking motor you have there

400+ BHP would do me just fine !

Hi Grinder, still here i see... :)

Quote from: bdarepat;803349Welcome back Dan. I don\'t know if you remember, but we met a while back.

You came over to W\'looville to pick up an OS Giken clutch for your 200SX. Do you still have the S13?

Yeah I remember, it was a lovely sunny day. That clutch was top notch, cheers for that! sold the s13 in Feb and almost immediately regretted it, I think it quickly went through two or three owners and now it\'s been broken for bits, which is ridiculous as it was a good, solid car. bah.
Are you an RX man now then?

Cheers, Aston is pretty cool, it beats the hell out of making signs which was my last job!
Yeah basically everything bar the engine is on my \'to do\' list, I want to make this one really special...
It\'s currently wrapped in matt black, yeah, it\'s pretty tatty but does the job of hiding the red/pink paintwork for now. :)

Hello everyone,
Don\'t know if anyone remembers me, it\'s been a while but after about, er, 5 years, i\'m back in an FD!

Belonged to Stormbleeder on here, me and him did all the work on it up to now, and now it belongs to me, which i\'m dead pleased about.
I\'ve got myself a wicked new job at Aston Martin and the money is flowing in so I can afford to treat this car to all the good stuff. :)

Loads of plans in the pipeline to get it looking right, the engine is sorted as far as i\'m concerned, just everything else to modify then...

While I have your attention, I\'m on the hunt for a stock set of rear lights if anyone local to either Southampton or Warwickshire has some they don\'t want... :)

I think you\'d be getting near to the record for power on early spec stock twins if you want 380hp, it\'s going to put a lot of strain on the blowers, that kind of power will really need aftermarket twins or a single turbo ideally.

For that power, OEM ar Atkins 2mm tips will be fine, bear in mind if you get 3mm ones you will need your rotors machined out to accept them...more cost!

I wasnt really considering graphic wraps, was just putting across my view of plain colour vinyl wrapping, I suppose when you introduce graphics you can go into a whole new dimension that you couldn\'t do with paint unless you spent thousands on airbrush work.

I\'ll have to agree to disagree with most everything else Wrapfx said though, but no harm in everyone having an opinion! :)

p.s wrapfx you have a typo in your signature, quick get it gone, not ideal advertising for a signmaker. ;)

£1500?!! that is a bit steep.
If you are trying to weigh up between vinyl or paint then there really is no contest, paint will get you a much much better, harder, longer lasting finish every time.
Vinyl is a good way to quickly alter your car\'s appearance but it is next to impossible to get a perfect finish and you can scratch it off with your fingernail if you are so inclined, so something that would t-cut out of paint will go straight through vinyl. Although you could then have the panel re-wrapped quite economically I suppose.
Good for race or drift cars as it\'s so cheap to re-apply, but it\'ll never be show quality.

If you want a superior finish go for paint, if you are just after a change as cheap as poss then go for the vinyl. :)

EDIT: oh and that decent, textured wrappable carbon is ridiculously expensive!

Quote from: skillz;674308Colours been an issue for some time now and ive changed my mind more time than i care to remember lol but at the moment im liking a burnt orange colour with either a 2 or 3 stage pearl to give a little more depth...  :)

Nonononono, it has to be dark...
