I had peak temps in the low 50\'s but that was only after 4 quickly run blasts of the top course and sitting around not turning it off. Most of the time i was in the 40\'s, on the high speed corner i was in the low 30\'s as it was getting some air. Water temps were great at no more than 86-88 on the gas.

You can buy tank baffles but not having one im unsure how good they are, have a search on rx7club.com.

Yeah syncro as others above have said, have a look on rx7club.com they use some good fluids that help.
In the long run though it will need rebuilding/replacing.

I have a pair of the Piaa wipers and they are alot better than stock. After a few wipes i don\'t use them unless im stationary.

If you don\'t mind me asking, what colour is your sliver fd? It looks a bit darker than the stock silver

They are usually incredibly solid...not actually genuine Ohlins either...just a badge on some aftermarket shocks.
 
Not much use for any of the tracks over here as there is so little compliance you will just tramp trying to get the power down.  I cant believe they are any use for the roads over here.

Have you tried these at all?
Also have you tried them on a softer spring?

As i had these on my car (On Quantums now) with a set of Tein springs and think they are perfect for road use. I know there not as good as the real £3000 set but then not everyone drives their car ona flat road.

Thats an odd one on the pressure cap, maybe they expect you to have one on the rad.
