Cars for Sale / 1993 rx7 fd3s for.sale

1993 rx7 fd3s in vintage red (the fastest colour )
It has around 74,000 kilomentres which is around 47,000 miles
before i bought the car i gave pip from WGT a call and asked if he could come and inspect the car for me, to my amazment he agreed to

So on arrival he looked over the the car, started it from hot and cold and gave it a test drive, he also did a compression test which showed the from rotar in the high 7s and the rear in the mid 7s...he also said if he was on the look out for another car he would bid me on it..so it.got the all clear from pip

The condition of the car is very very good inside and out, iside has leather covers on all of the seats and rear buckets instead of the bins, and complely standard inside.

Its had 2 services since ive owned it, since march time, (only selling due to new born baby)
Underneath the car is in excellent condition with no rust or any signs of it, all the sills are mint..

It does have some modifications which are

3" decat exhaust
Apexi power fc ecu and hand commandor
Twin hks air filters
Xs power ic (which was professionally ducted by pip at wgt at the same time the map was done)
Remap by wgt
Hard wired the fuel pump for better voltage.
bigger radiator for better cooling
Uprated alluminium ast

It has also got a 99spec rear wing.
its sitting on mazdaspeed ms01 alloys in goosd condition with all the centres and the clips along with the centre locking tool, which is rare these days as they normally have the centres missing.
and the suspension consists of koni shocks with racing beat springs, which is argueably known as 1 of the best street setups.
it even has the origional mats and all the tools in the boot in good condition

Its got a couple of niggles. Which are, the passenger window is slow to go up and down and some times the heaters dont come on straight away, got to be a connection somewhere.

And thats it really..really is a perfect clean example and would find it hard to find a cleaner 1.

For any more info contact me on 07758243030..

Looking at the front wheel arch gap, I would say that the cars sitting where it should as stock.

On a car with a different nose you would have no problem but that nose looks like it's been extended downward so sadly I think it's going to come to grief even with a little drop
its a shame as i like the bumper and will look good with some feed side skirts on it. But i think im going to need to go back to a stock bumper.

General Technical / bumper too low

Hi. I have n aftermarket front bumper on my fd3s and its really low and im still on stock suspension, iv got some koni shocks and racing beat springs to go on which will lower approx 20mm, but id be fcuked when they go on. And seeing as im having my bumper repaired this week i dont want to damage it again as it scrapes everything now as it is..is it normal to be this low? Or will my stock suspension be sagging or something?

Right guys. I drove my car yesterday after a period of nearly 3 weeks without driving it. Amd it doesnt seem as quick. Like it isnt boosting as much or the 2nd turbo isnt functioning properly? Its a 1993 fd3s with normal mods. Uprated ic, 3"exhaust, apexi ecu and a map by wgt. Any ideas? It idles fine and no smoke so i cant see it being a blown seal??

So if it doesnt have the "dent" in its for a LHD? Bummer..ah well.. at least i still have my full 3inch decat..apparently thats more important?
#13
Has anyone else has this trouble? Where there is no bend? And you still have fitted it? Should it just go in as easy as a oem one? Im having trouble with anouther aftermarket downpipe that iv purchased as a full turbo back system and its the downpipe is exacltly the same as the other 1 that didnt fit?

In thinking that aswel..an aftermarket dp will generate less heat?
#15
Right ok..what does it give you apart from the extra 10 bhp? Better spool up? More torque? Or is it not really that noticable? Because pip is mapping my car next week and just weighing up weather it would be really benifical to have a dp
