sounds like a nice project you have there

i just love how :

1 - its just sat in your shed gathering dust - bet not many people can say that
2 - how big is your shed !!!! LOL

Ha it\'s not too big fit a handful of cars maybe...
Bit empty at the minute though, just the fc and my ae86

I have this car for a while now, been sitting in my shed gathering dust!
I am back home for a little while so i said id get it back to former glory:cool:

I got the car more or less complete minus some rims and seat,
so was lucky enough to find a sweet staggered set of advan model 5\'s 9j et22 and 9j et 10 respectively...the nicest wheels for a fc imo!
fitment needs more tinkering but will sort all that when engine is back in and up and running!

had a fixed back lying around that popped into the vacant hole...love the driving postion in these cant wait to get it on the road!

I got the 13b engine with this car, which was blown.
A suspected apex seal failure, i strpped the engine down today to find the apex seals had broken up which lead to heavy damage on the rear rotor and rear rotor housing. Both the rotor and housing would have to be sourced as part of a rebuild which would add to cost.
Although think i may have a bare block which was rebuilt a short time ago sourced, so will use this and rebuild my own maybe in the future and keep as a spare.

pics of damage

hope to get the new block and have it all back together in a week or two, and then will have it as a road car and but also go to every drift day i can afford!!

Hi all,
New to this forum and to the rotary world! Loving both so far though...
Got myself a late spec fc3s turboll with a blown engine, but have sourced a replacement which will be installed in the next few days

Look forward to picking some of your brains with regards to these crazy rotors!!

Will try and get some pics up of my machine today
