Excellent I totally agree. Lets make sure we have all of the rotaries at Santa Pod (all in once place) and since allegiances aren\'t important I\'m sure you won\'t mind fd:uk having a separate stand then? :wave

Hi Lisa, is it possible to get two stand passes please? I know it\'s short notice and probably won\'t have time to post them so perhaps could meet you on the gate or something? Can you let me know if this is possible. Thanks :)

3rd generation RX-7's / Fuel Sender

Hey guys, fuel gauge is up the creek and I\'ve removed the pump and sender unit from the car.

How do I go about testing it and sorting it all out? Fuel gauge just gets stuck on one reading and it\'s not the float because that is moving freely... :xconfused:confused::2Confused

Any ideas how I can get to the bottom of it? Gauge is working and I bridged the contacts and it hit full so any other ideas?

Thanks

Quote from: dthebuk;786993Are you ditching the screamer?

Tbh if you want it quiet I reckon that apexi back box and a decent silenced mid pipe would do the trick.

Yeah bro, ditching the screamer as I want to track her in the spring. :D

Awesome cheers for the advice. I\'ll have a look into that sensor and replace it then.

I\'ve already got a Koyo racing rad and a FMIC so hopefully the temperatures won\'t kill her. :)

3rd generation RX-7's / New Exhaust

Hi team! :D

The FD is currently ear splittingly loud, when I turn the speakers up so I can hear them they distort! And they\'re pretty decent speakers. Easily 100db+ when cruising lawl.

Long story short, I\'m getting a new exhaust fitted and I want something that is near stock on idle, just a cheeky burble nothing too loud because I\'m living at home. Then when you plant the loud pedal it comes alive, can this be done?

I\'ve spoken to RE:Worx and they\'re going to do a full turbo back 3" system with a silenced decat and a Apexi SRS silencer. :wiggle

Anyone have any experience with this muffler? Loud? Quiet? Alternatives? :cheers

Ok I\'ll bear that in mind. I\'m thinking a cold air feed to the turbo would help right? So it\'s not sucking hot air in then compressing that and making it even hotter!

Anyone one done this on a single? Just saves the legwork so I can easily copy! :D

Well not too bothered about leaving the stock gauges because I\'ll be changing the faces of them anyway to match. :)

What kinda inlet temps are bad as well? I hit 60 degrees in traffic in London the other day. :O
