Quote from: adaMkr;794555My supe ran pod at 13.2 ish seconds, with a 115 mph terminal, I\'d want more out of the Rex would I be right in saying I\'d want around 350? Would the stock turbos be able to flow that amount or am I looking for a more built engine?

a completely stock fd will run a 13.5 1/4 mile, it would take very little to reduce that to 13.2

New to MRC - introduce yourself / Hi all...
May 29, 2010, 01:12:37 PM
thanks chaps.

Im not so sure it would clive, my wheel offset is a little high for the taste of most people these days :) to be fair I dont think these pics really show the true fit of the wheels. the rears sit just inside of the lip. although the lip has been rolled and they are very close, there is no protrusion at all. the fronts sit well within the arch, due to camber as much as anything else. Its just as well or I wouldnt be able to run the car so low. I do like the wide look with stretched tyres, but not at the cost of performance, and I just dont understand how people get the grip required with narrow tyres that people often use :burnout Im sure somebody will be along shortly to shoot me down :p

just thought I\'d introduce myself, the names Pete. I actually used to be a member here about 5 years ago, but have just rejoined as I cant even remember my old user name. Some of you will know of me from fduk. well, dont have much else to say right now, and theres a car outside waiting to be cleaned in time for jts tomorrow. maybe I\'ll see some of you there..
