What would you be after for a shell with all items to rebuild it?

i have a racing beat for sale

i brought my 1st rx back in december as a non runner due to clutch problem also knowing that the engine was in need of a rebuild i changed the clutch and the car ran but drove poorly hesistation and lots of backfiring and drinking water so a few weeks ago i decided to remove the engine and strip down and eventually rebuild when ive saved up enough cash. the turbos had lots of up and down movement and once the engine was cracked open the condition was poor also. the rotors themselfs have lots of  detonation on them but no major scores dents is the det usual? the waterseals had failed and in the water ports i came across alot of small looking stones/ grit what was that caused by? the housings have some scores and will need to be replaced and the plates need to be relapped does anyone know somewhere in the uk that does this? but after getting the engine opened up it seems like the engine has not been rebuild for some time or even at all and poorly looked after and lack of anti freeze.

i removed my clutch yesterday and was able to turn the flywheel over by hand fairly easily but am ale to feel some compression how easy should it be to turn? also found out my rear oil seal is leaking behind the flywheel can this job be done with the engine in the car and what tools are needed regards martin.
