Yep, you\'ll need to make a tester with some LEDs, then figure out what their flashes mean. All the info is here;

Hey guys, I\'m in the process of fitting corksport headers to my 88 fc, have had a few issues but one in particular I need help with.
Below the exhaust port on each housing is another hole about 18mm in diameter, I assumed these fed air from the acv to the outer core of the stock manifold (heat exchanger), the airpump is now removed, blockoff plate on the acv. The flange on the corksport header would block off these two holes.
The problem I have is that I have two gaskets, both mazda oem, supposed to be for my car, I fitted the headers with the gasket that covers most of these holes, but when it\'s running, I still have an exhaust leak coming from these two holes.

Questions; Have any of you had this problem before and how did you solve it?
               Can anybody tell me what these holes are for and am I right to want to block them off?
                Do I just have the wrong gaskets? if so, anybody know the part no. for the one I need (pic below of original)?

General Technical / Auto Box Removal - HEEELLLPPP!
August 07, 2009, 06:06:21 PM
those same bolts held up my engine removal by a week or so, i got my cousin the blacksmith to make me a copy of the special service tool from a 14mm socket and a steel bar, would have worked well only i had damaged the heads of the bolts when trying with a spanner. got 2 off ok but nothing was moving the last 2 so i had to use a bit of carpentry, drilled a 4mm hole in the side of the bolt and turned with a punch and hammer, still wasn\'t easy, i broke 2 punches, but it got them out. it\'s not the ideal way to do it, but the bolts were ruined already.
if you can, it\'s worth getting a tool made for the job.

2nd generation RX-7's / anyone know this car?

looks to me like a northern Irish reg, i\'m guessin that\'s where it was imported from, hence the uk spec, "rare turbo import(200+bhp)" this just needs a few commas, "rare, turbo, import, (200+bhp)".
