You would need to block the stock recirc off buddy but thats easy enough think i have a bung if not i can make you one on the lathe easy. As regards to flow theory says its better yes but i fitted it along side a lot of other bits so didnt have a direct comparison

I have for sale the rare greddy elbow that has the dump valve built in. Selling including the dump valve as ill be making my own inlet elbow for our new throttle body
I just paid to have it professionally polished 200 pounds please

i did my brakes with just a normal paint think it was ford moonshine silver and a year on still look great. I wouldnt fancy using any brake cleaner on them though

after advice from few other people i just used smooth hammerite and after 1000 miles no problems at all

put a jack under the gearbox and remove subframe its miles easier that way ive done it with the subfrma on and off waste of time with it on. Ill have some sump braces ready in a week or so ifoure ineterested these stop the chance of oil leaks from the sump premanently there £60 and the same as this http://www.banzai-racing.com/products/OPB/fd3s_opb_kit.jpg

oh god now im worried. Cant quite work out what ya mean by the hub bolt. To get the front cover off i removed the bolt in the center of the main pulley and then all the bolts that held the cover on.
