Are you the guy who sold the Veilside kitted RX7?

The spoiler may have been replaced as it it had white marks on the edges where it had de-laminated. It also had a carbon bonnet.

Yea, I bought it for £2,500 and put the engine in myself. I ran it for a couple of weeks before it developed an overheating problem and Died at the side of the road and covered the road in coolant. I sold it on the next week for £1700 and bought an MR2 Turbo, This was it:

Quote from: nikp;604366I have a Veilside kitted Single turbo for sale. Rebuild last year. Very good spec. Very reliable and fresh mot. I\'m after £5500 for it. It\'s on here somewhere....

Hi, I really only have whatever cash I get for my Glanza as I am not willing to get finance for a car.

Yea, I am tempted to go have a look and run a compression test done on it. Would it be worth ringing RE:Worx and checking what has been done? I have been stung with a shed of an RX before and dont want it to happen again :(

3rd generation RX-7's / Lumpy Idle?
May 25, 2008, 02:09:26 PM
Hi Guys, for some reason my newly rebuilt RX is running really really rich & I have run out of ideas as to what it could be? I do not have the pipe for the air pump but I dont think it could be that. It seems like its miss firing and is blowing smoke out of the back on idle (not when on fast idle), The plugs seem fine I just dont know what to try?

Thanks in advance :) Alex.

To be honest I dont mind,

I have been looking at VW polo\'s at the moment, they seems cheap to buy and run but tbh its only going to be something to leave at the car park at uni and outside work so it matters not im just looking for something with as close to 12 months mot as possible to run cheap :)
