Title: Naked Rex
Post by: ScuttleRX on October 15, 2004, 06:09:32 PM
Sorry to dissapoint all those who, on seeing the thread title, were expecting a sordid episode of Rex Hunt Goes Fishing :D  Just a pic of my little old rex with no spoiler :)

I like the spoilerless look, hopefully not as much as ill like the new spoiler  :)

should have been this week, but will be next week now, tuesday i reckon.

He thought he had some paint leftover from last spray job he did for me but he didnt, and hes had a lot on so its taken a little bit longer, saw it wednesday and hes made a nice job of the little repairs

Repairs? I thought there was only cosmetic marks on it that would be taken care of when spryed the new colour.

yeah didnt mean drastic repairs :)  just those little cracks on the top passenger side corner, he has filled and primered, all looking very smooth :)

Glad it wasn\'t much, I knew it wasn\'t perfect but thought it was only a couple of cosmetic marks.

Personally I like them without a rear wing - if the car has a nice body kit like yours :)

I have to say dont like the look of the rx without a rear spoiler at all!!!!

Much better with something meanacing at the rear no???:)

yeah he said it wasnt much more than what he had to do already, think he was just making sure they wont crack again over time :)

20b and gsb, agree with ya both really :) a body-kitted rex with no spoiler, but a good spoiler does add a bit of attitude :D

I definately think I prefer mine with no spoiler than I did with the spoiler I use to have, but the spoiler I got off steve is my fave type so looking forward to getting it on :)
