some of you may remember my post about hawk pads a while ago,and how i didn\'t rate them.well,today,i am disgusted to report that after a pathetic 4000 miles,not only have they worn out,but they have also scored my discs;this was with no warning,they started to grind on a short journey,and they\'ve scored already.it wouldn\'t be so bad if i had a couple of track days under my belt,but i haven\'t.all i can say is steer clear of them,they are useless.also a while ago,there was a post about custom made pads,would someone be kind enough to direct me towards them,as this is urgent.thanks for any help,everyone.DaNTe

i\'m not sure of the actual type they are,only that they were supplied by rotechniks.i might just go for standard mazda pads.at least they last a good while.
