Just changed the plugs (what a pig of a job!), car feels so much better now :D

The ones I took out were the NGK BUR9EQP platinums, but the ones i put in were only the normal BUR9EQ\'s, is there much between the two?

Not as bad as your gonna feel if the missus finds those spark plugs on her seat! ;)

Complete bugger of a job, but the last time i did mine it was easier as the engine was out of the car! Its back in now where it should be! :)

Yeah can imagine that makes it a bit easier! How goes it with the engine, is she nearly run in yet? oh, and have you decided on bonnet colour? im starting to waver, might go silver I think

Run in and almost mapped, took it to Pip and he started mapping, found out the stock boost controller couldn\'t handle it so im waiting on a boost controller then back down to pip to finish the job off, i can currently take it up to 6500 revs just got to make sure my right foot doesn\'t overboost it!

So im having lots of fun at the moment! :D

I have decided to paint the whole thing red. I was going to leave it black but someone made it red with the computer and it looks really nice all the same...(i will probably change my mind again soon!)

Im going to concentrate on the interior first, once thats done i will get the paint job done. Its never ending! Unlike my wallet! :D

Looking at the plug on the right, I take it that came from the rear leading hole?

If it is, then I would recommend getting the car checked with a wideband just for safety. ;)

The others all look ok. How old/how many miles on them?

Donato, had a look at the thread, it does look good in red, look forward to seeing the pics when its done :)

Fish, that was definately from a leading hole, couldnt tell you whether it was front or rear tho, is only being black in one corner sign of running lean?

Not sure what to look for hence the post :)

at least 6 months/3000 miles, prob near 4000.
