Post by: ro284 on September 29, 2004, 10:55:00 PM
Hi Guys,
As the standard water temp gauge is not very accurate, I would like to fit a new accurate! black dial after market one in place of the original, in the original position, i am not sure whats behind the one thats there or how deep the hole would be when the old one is taken out, has anyone done this? and what gauge was used, with new sensor of course! Greddy looks nice!
thanks for any advice,
Bob

I have not done this myself, but if you look on the Max Cooper (http://www.maxcooper.com) website. He has replaced his with SPA digital gauges, but you dont have to use those.

I do know that just behind the gauge itself is a circuit board.
