I\'ve had the local mazda dealership assess my RX7 and while I\'m still waiting for the estimate to repair the damage (which is at the rear of the car). They can confirm that the engine suffered no damage from the impact.
So bearing in mind that the engine had a full rebuild (costing circa 3.7k) 2 months ago by RX Motors with receipt and guarentee, what do you think it\'s worth?
i.e. how much could i easily sell it for.
atm i\'m just doing recon before i make my final decision on how to proceed with getting myself back into a rex.
P.S. Engine is from a 1992 FD Type X fully converted to manual (also done by RXmotors).
Id say 2k, if still came with warentee, or else any one with a blown engine could get a basic engine rebuild for that price from Tim with warentee.
gonna move this to the third gen section as you arent actually selling it - more asking for advice

It would be a good idea to ask Tim at RX motors if he is happy to warranty the engine under these circumstances,if he say\'s yes then that will help you to sell it.
