Title: New bloody tyres again
Post by: davefrith on September 28, 2004, 01:33:32 PM
Right, its almost time to replace the rear tyres on the car
Currently have Pirelli P7000 Rossi all round

Don\'t particulary want to pay through the arse for these again so will probably go for a cheaper tyre

Anyone got any suggestions, what do you use ?

Anyone tried the following
Kumho Ecsta 712 265/35 R18 Z £116.58
Falken GRB FK 451 265/35 R18 Z £145.91

Any reccomendations appreciated

Dave

I use the eagle f1\'s they are good price + brilliant grip (imo)

stay away from those falkens they are CRAP - my mate in his s2000 thought he\'d save on tyres by buying them and ended up kartwheeling his car through a cow field..

I\'ve got Avon ZZ3s on my FC at the mo, quite like \'em, but they are a bit of a hard compound
