thats why i posted in the 2nd gen section - not sure how would would do it on a 3rd gen
i assume it would be easier as you dont have to take the door card off to get to the handle ( saying that i have no idea ! )
Mind you the actual door key locks are supposed to light up when you lift the handle.
they are yes - but every car i have they havent worked :(
Yeah quite true, theres a link on a site somewhere for replacing the bulbs so it works. I guess I could do that and then move the light so it illuminates under the handles instead.
ahhhh so they are just normal bulbs in the doors ??
both my door handle lights and the one where the key goes in the dash have stopped working - well ok - never worked :(
Mine stopped working for about six months - I must have missed that fuse when I looked the first time :o
I\'ll have to dig out the FAQ on fixing it as I\'m sure it\'s very similar for the 2/3rd gens.
