Title: My Jeep smells
Post by: johnf on August 27, 2004, 07:21:55 PM
Every time I go back to my Jeep it no longer smells of leather but a rather nasty \'off\' pong.

You\'d think I had been transporting household bin liners to the tip.

It clears quickly but is always there when I go back.

Any ideas - could it be the cat?

Only had it for three weeks and this has just started to happen.

Yeah, wet upholstry can stink pretty bad. I had that in an old car, only got rid of it by febreezing the living smeg out of every inch of fabric. Twice.

If you\'ve been bringing water into the car, like on wet clothes or something, that could be the answer...
