thanx tony!
i am!
Carl has built both my engines.
One engine now has done 2 years hard motoring, approx 20k miles, used most days.
Dragged at Santa pod 4 times.
Dragged at Rotorstock.
2 days at Nurburg.
2 days at Spa
I day silverstone.
3 days Brands Hatch.
Several on route encounters.
2, 1 week trips to Le Mans.
All in all very impressive.
Think thread should read :
Who HAS NOT had a rebuild !
:rollin :rollin :rollin
Tims done both mine and both just fine.
Paul..
Well well our cars are real reliable and do super high milage then :D
Carl has played with three engines over the years now, includeing the mental thing he has installed in my car at the moment and l have never had a problem due to any of his workmanship :) :)

What sort of mileage Mike.
Isnt there one in the states with 500k on the clock
a not exactly impressive ... 66 thousand
For some reason, 12\'a engines just seem to on for ever. a lot seem to get 100k easily. Must be to do with the power output. As the engine produces more power the engine life drops by the same percentage.
450 bhp i would be happy to see 20k miles.
250 bhp stock one about 60k miles
190 bhp stock TII about 80k miles
125 bhp first gen, minor mods, 100k
there must be a formula for this.... anyone good at maffs?
