Anyone see this last night ?
Its a must see, it will make you very angry.
2 career criminals after getting address of a FB advert come to Adam Whites house to attempt to steal his motocross bike.
He chasing then off in his car and them 2 up on a stolen bike.
At a corner they have a coming together. 2 scumbags are hurt pretty bad.
They get suspended sentences and this family man spends 50k on a legal rep and loses his job. His wife aborts there 3rd child as theres no money to support her as he goes to prison for 22months.
Fooking angry at our criminal justice system, pathetic police and cps who thought that jailing this 1st offence working family man would serve the publics best interest.
Its a must see.
Its seems to me if ever get arrested in this country just say " no comment" and get off scot free.
Its a must watch...

Not seen this but read in shock and amazement, not only about the poor guy going to prison, but also that those two who got off scott free must have laughed their heads off :angry5:
As you say, so many wrong things about this one.
Trouble is, its now openly said that any theft is now very low on the polices agenda, so in this case and many others it would have been useless calling that police as these days they would just give you a crime number so you could claim and that would be the end of it !!
Yep. Its very wrong. Im still angry.
Police aren't fit for purpose.

I've not seen this story, but absolutely tragic for him and his family.
It seems totally wrong for the the perpetrators get a suspended sentence and the victim to get 22 months in jail for attempting to apprehend 2 criminals.
It doesn't appear that justice was fairly administered.
I cannot walk into my local police station these days - their security apparently demands I make an appointment. I rarely see a police car on my street because it doesn't go anywhere they want to be. Large numbers of the police procedural dramas on TV feature police corruption and the news media now hungrily publicise cases of wrongdoing by serving officers.
All this plays well with the public because, through action or inaction, the police have lost the confidence and trust of women, the Black and Asian communities as well as being broadly perceived by the white middle classes as practically useless if not dangerous. Are the only people who still believe in them politicians, anxious to leverage 'law and order' to win votes?
The most commonly experienced crime in the UK is fraud. Your local police force does not investigate it unless the national bureau refers the case details back to them and requests action. This does not happen often because fraud is widely perceived to be 'too complicated' (expensive) to bring to trial. Local police forces are not required by government to keep statistics for frauds committed in their area. (They cannot be accused of failing to resolve cases they do not record so the commonest crime is removed from their performance indicators.) National estimates are that only 20-25% of all fraud is reported because nobody thinks anything will happen to address it and/or the sum concerned is considered too small to be likely to excite any response at all.
As the last commissioner of the Metropolitan police was (according to an independent judicial review) effectively but illegally dismissed by her political master, it is probably reasonable to conclude we have the police force our leaders want for us.
At least the great british public are prepared to right a wrong. I donated at 4k...now Adam and his family have some real cash to repair the lives.
I have no faith in the police atall. (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20221130/1498c481df97f1a8d21c5199902b4280.jpg)
