Apologies for my late contribution - it's been a busy couple of weeks for me since 7/7!......
This was a great day and huge thanks to all involved on the organisational front - Mazda UK, Clive, Lisa, and everyone. :sign0098:
This was my first event for many, many years and I was a little apprehensive about attending on my own!.... It was a pleasure to meet so many interesting and friendly owners and enthusiasts - and my car's award of "Rotary Car of the Day" was the most unexpected icing on the cake!! :13: :D
Unfortunately, I may not be able to make the Beaulieu event.
After getting me safely home after the 500 mile round trip, the car went into Mazda Cardiff for its MOT/service last Monday. Whilst the engine was idling for the emissions test, one of the auxiliary belts failed - I'm just glad that didn't happen in stationary traffic on the M25 the weekend before!!
So, now it's a matter of keeping my fingers crossed that the new belts arrive from Japan in time.
Hoping very much to seeing some of you again on 29th!.....

A very big thank you to Clive, Lisa and Mazda for organising such a memorable event. It was great to meet up with other owners, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was absolutely gobsmacked to win the best RX7 FB 40th anniversary. Clive the old lady looks brilliant with her new 'nuts'.
