Great to get the trackday season off to a "hot start" ;) with a trackday at Snetterton on SATURDAY, 25th February.
This is a full day with Javelin Trackdays, Open Pit Lane format, on the full "300" circuit, for just £139. Noise regs for the day are "standard" trackday limits; 105dBA static test and 92dBA drive-by.
The good news is that Clive has booked a place to drive his newly fettled RX-8 race car for a run out at this event, prior to the race season getting into full swing.I'll be there for the start of proceedings up to lunchtime. Sadly, I have another event in the afternoon I have to get back home for, plus I doubt my car will be ready to take out on track after it's engine rebuild (currently underway) .
So, book a place on track, or simply come along to chat with other rotary enthusiasts (entry is free). There may even be an opportunity for some passengers rides - but not in Clive's car unfortunately, as he'll have the car in race configuration :)

Have you booked this trackday on 25th February, or did you mean the TARC Asia Challenge on 25th March, or both??
Will be doing both, Have joined up with Tarc again this year, Qualifying & 2 races in one day suits me saves on accommodation,
I have waited all day on a Sunday till 17.30 to race 7 laps @ Snetterton in Thunder saloons before now. ???

How much would it be to come along and watch you guys? Snetterton is a favourite on the old racing games but I won't be driving it till my FD is up to it. But I'd love to come see what it's all about still new to the forums

I have emailed Javelin with a request to "block together" all the garages booked by the people I know with a rotary connection. Might make catching up between track stints a little easier, if Javelin are able to oblige (they usually do).
Sadly, as some of you may know, Rote8/Harrizone (Ray) has had to pull out due a serious health issue :(
sorry Guys unable to make this event :( hopefully will get to see you some other time in the year.. ;)

Seems every time I intend to turn up to support you at an event something crops up to prevent me from doing so.

Firstly, apologies that I didn't get a chance to chat to everyone, and then not for long to those I did catch in between sessions. I had to leave by 12.30 and the morning just flew by.
