Title: Advice+pictures required for FMIC fitting
Post by: Donato on August 16, 2004, 10:43:31 AM
Good morning everyone, just back from me hols and feeling refreshed and ready to rebuild my FD.

Does anyone have pictures of the v mount of the intercooler and radiator as im fitting a FMIC and need to reposition the radiator. Close up ones so i can see how to fabricate the fittings would be much appreciated.

In perticular if anyone has Banzia magazine with John Yorkes set up and could scan it and post it that would be much appreciated as its Johns intercooler that i have bought. They dont seem to sell Banzia in any of the shops i went into! :(

Regards

Donato

So you looking to how to make the rad & intercooler into a V mount?
I\'m now use wotsoever (quiet at the back ) but would be intreged with whats involved as opposed to buying a V mount kit ready made &/or any proc & cons....

Yeah, my Kenny Everit hands are a bit of a bugger for steering and gear changing!

You surprise me young sir! I would have expected a suitable smiley to accompany the large hands joke, dont tell me your slipping?! ;)
