Croft 16th July, usual deal 105 db, open pitlane.
A chance to get those fd's out and used how they should be. Middle of July gives a good chance of a warm dry day.

Oil surge!! Yep its a an issue and with anymore than around a third up the dipstick I just empty it into the catch can. I've now taken to running all trackdays with the oil level around 2 notches above the L on dipstick.
This way I get minimum mess amd only on extremely hard g corners do I get anything in the can. Now on a full day I maybe 1/4 fill the litre catch can and get zero blowby on the day. This also means next to zero smoke from the exhaust even on overrun, I get flames but very little smoke even though the turbos are now " well used ".
Hope this helps Jon,
Enjoyed watching the videos Neil - including the one of you trying to keep up with the GT3 Cup Porsche :))
Your car seems to perform really well on track, what tyres were you running?
Great footage Neil. Weather looked cool but dry, great for low inlet temps. Loved this track last time I was there.
Feeling left out now, so off for a sulk until I have a car to play with on track :'(
Excellent footage :bravo_2:
Thanks Neil. Much the same as i have experienced.

Thanks for the comments guys, I use yoko ado8r Malcom and will be buying these again as I found them fantastic trackday tyres.
