Title: Apexi Power FC what is the correct way to reset?

Hello People,

Need a little help I have just bought and fitted a used Apexi and commander and I would like to know the correct way to reset it to a base map and then do the self learn thingy.
I think I know the first part where you use the menu and click reset and then you click yes then turn ignition off and on again but its the next part that is not overly clear to me what's the correct process?
