Title: Engine problems

Hi having hot start problems but not all the time and all so some times it drives grate and others it seems to lose a lot of power think it might be a engine rebuild is there anything else it could be

sounds like dieing fuel pump mate?
and or normal service parts...when last serviced etc.

it is due a service i don't know when it was last done if i was to guess it would be 4 years ago but in that time its done less then 2000 miles so i think i better get it done

Treat her to a service and new fuel pump and see where you are after that....
Alternative is to insert a pressure gauge into fuel line and compare to factory press specs.
Also all the obvious checks battery terminals tight. Earths good etc...just give her some tlc.

Id ring Clive at Mazda Rotary Parts mate...he will sort you out.
Theres a website too so you can see prices etc.
