Hi, has anyone here with a series 4 Turbo FC had any experience with the Apexi SAFC/2 as a mild/mid spec fuel computer? Ive been searching high and low for info on this, and im getting mixed responses. The yanks all say its great for a mild tune, (exhaust, fuel pump, fmic, filter etc) and allows you to tune the car to a point. Obviously if you modify the car any more then a full spec aftermarket ecu is needed. But then the australian sight all seem to say its shite and a waste of time and money!?
I dont want to go to the expense of a complete aftermarket ecu, but the SAFC seems like a good mid spec fuel computer to just optimise the basic fuel pump/air filter/fmic/exhaust mods that i have.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Lee
ive got one but never even tried it ! LOL
Its supposed to allow you to run 720cc secondary injectors
Your right though , yanks likes them , aussies dont
LOL, did you want to sell it? It must be reasonably good, for the yanks to use it.
