I have found a brace that has rusted under the engine and is about to finish off, is this brace important?

Does anyone know what brace this is or if they sell any aftermarket kinds as a replacment?

Really up to you if you replace, fit a bar you make up yourself or just leave it off as it is not structural and is really just there to hang parts off of.
