I've got a set of TE37s in GTR fitment and was wondering will it be ok to run on an Rx7?
They are 18x9.5 et12 with 265/35/18 tyres on atm.
Most say you need to run staggered setup on a rwd car but im sure i've seen some 7s running an all round fitment.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Never heard that before tbh. I have 9.5 all round with a 25 offset on a 17" wheel.
Pretty sure some of the wheel whores will be popping in to give some guidance on fitment but with 18x9.5 on the front im pretty sure you would need at least an arch roll.
I hear by running a staggered setup, it will improve on the handling and grip side of things.
I've seen rx7s running both all round fitments and staggered fitments.
Im not 100% certain on fitting the TEs yet... just looking for advice atm before i decide whether to run them or sell them.
No it's not manditory to run staggered. Sure FCs come with square fitment!

Most FDs came with 8x16 wheels all around.
A few came with 8x17 front, 8.5x17 rear (RZs and later cars).
Jason at Super 7 thought that my car having the latter fitment was a handling advantage, but it's less than 10% extra width, so I don't think it's going to make a decisive difference. I guess the benefit is the wider tyres can absorb the power on corner exit.
I guess that any effect on handling will be small, and it's all part of the overall package of spring, damper and arb rates, and geometry. It's not as if your rear tyres are too narrow.
One option would be to fit the wheels you have, but put wider tyres on the rear only - you should be able to get 275 or 285s on a 9.5 I'd imagine. That would give wider rear rubber while still using the wheels you already have.
That could be an idea samoht.
I do fancy test fitting them so i can see how aggressive that fitment is before i decide what to do.
I also contemplated on buying 2 wheels of diff fitment but i probably be easier to sell these and find a staggered set...
